This site is intended for everyone who wants to live an overall healthier lifestyle. I don't believe you have to be a vegan or grain-free to benefit from this site.

The recipes on this site avoid all genetically-modified plants, i.e. soy, corn, canola a.k.a. rapeseed, cotton seed oil, "sugar" from sugar beets, tomatoes, and the high amounts of herbicides and pesticides that they are sprayed with and that they embody.

These recipes also avoid the inadvertent intake of antibiotics, hormones, and pesticides from conventional eggs, meat, and dairy products. If the package of eggs, meat, cheese, or milk, do not specify hormone-free, antibiotic-free, rbst-free, rbgh-free, than the respective products probably contain these substances.
